Diamondite® Spray Gard is the only all-purpose Neoprene rubber aerosol coating designed to protect metal and other non-pourous surfaces from rust, impacts and abrasion such as:

The skin safe and temperature resistant spray creates and airtight waterproof barrier while the insulating bubbles provide added impact protection to the treated surface. Diamondite® Spray Gard is easily removed after application, if desired, by merely peeling off the Neoprene sheet by hand. Patching is simple by reapplying a new layer over an existing layer. - Ensure the surface to be protected is clean and dry by removing all loose debris, dirt, dust and moisture.
- Mask off sections not to be coated by Diamondite® Spray Gard.
- Apply Diamondite® Spray Gard in the shade at cool temperatures, if possible out of direct wind in a well ventilated area.
- Shake container well and spray approximately 6-10 inches form surface being treated using overlapping layers until the entire surface is covered by a minimum of 1/8 inch build.
- The product is dry to the touch in 15 minutes. Allow 90 minutes for maximum product benefits.
- Peel up an edge of the film from the surface and pull up entire section(s) of as desired. After removing, dispose of properly in trash bin.
- Reapply as needed.
| Diamondite® Spray Gard is safe, easy and simple to use. Just spray onto a clean and dry non-pourous surface.
Allow Diamondite® Spray Gard to air dry. The product is dry to the touch in 15 minutes and will fully cure at 90 minutes. Now you have rust, abrasion and impact protection that will last for years to come on any hard surface!
If removal of Diamondite® Spray Gard is neccessary, simply peel the protective Neoprene coating up by hand to expose your intact surface!
Diamondite® Spray Gard is proudly made in the U.S.A. CAUTION: Not for use on glass such as windshields while driving as vision will be obscured. Not for use on pourous surfaces such as wood, fabrics and some plastics as surface discoloration may occur. If surface is being coated with Diamondite Spray Gard for the first time, test a hidden area before general use.
